At AngelCare, we recognized the growing shortage of family doctors and accessible healthcare in Guelph — so we stepped in to help fill the gap. Our goal is simple: to make high-quality, patient-centered care available to everyone in our community.

Appointments are required for patients registered with our Family Practice to support efficient clinic workflow and ensure timely, high-quality care for our patients. Our Walk-In Clinic operates without appointments and welcomes patients on a first-come, first-served basis to better serve the broader community.
Yes. We will be accepting a large number of new patients as we welcome multiple Family Physicians to our clinic. At this time, we invite you to register your interest, and a member of our team will contact you as we approach our opening date.
To help us serve you and your family efficiently, please submit a separate registration for each family member. This will allow us to add everyone to our database and notify you promptly by text message once registration and appointments become available.
Our clinic is currently under construction, and we are working as efficiently as possible to prepare for opening.
